See our last newsletter on the site about a free plane ticket if you are serious about buying in Playa Azul! ... we have 5 people coming down as a result of the offer already...take a closer look at the site: www.azul-costarica.com We are three weeks away from completion of the first home ... we still have no broker participation and are holding these guys off ( hey, who wants to pay commission unless they have to ).
These homes will be sold this high season. Take a look!

So , these airline tickets, how do they work? Everyone else deducts the airline amount from the sales price IF you buy. Which in my opinion is not exactly much of a stimulus to buy.

...we have been closing about 50% of our showings, maybe a little more. We are a little over 60% sold or reserved. If we give brokers a commission we give up a pretty good chunk of change, and so far we havent had to do that. So...we are offering a coach fare ticket to those genuinely interested in Playa Azul, after reading the website, talking to us, and seeing our videos... and even talking to other buyers if desired to get another viewpoint. No strings attached. Come on down and see the project, and you will get the money back for your ticket!
Are we that good ? no, but the project is.
