Randy: can you clarify specifically what the "Palo Seco" project is. One one hand I have seen 1000 meter sizes, six lots and on the other I see 8 lots of 750 meters. And will you have a website or where do we see more specifics. I am getting ready to buy, as you know and that looks like it is it. Let me know. Stan

Stan: within the next day or so we will have a definitive website on the project. It is 6000 sq. meters of land between the estero and the ocean of absolutely "one of a kind" ocean property. There will be 8 separate parcels of 750 sq. meters each. Prices and all details will be posted here tomorrow or Friday. sorry about the confusion. Randy

Re: Palo Seco project
Hi Randy,
I just checked out the site and I must say it for sure is very attractive and well done, but for the life of me unless I missed something on the site I can't figure out where on the central Pacific the property actually is located. Please advise. Thanks

Could have sworn I put in a map in the site... 30 minutes south of Jaco , just south of Parrita. Randy

Randy, thanks. I must admit that after reading your email I did check out a Costa Rica map and sure enough right by Parrita there is a "Playa Palo Seco". For those of you who don't know Spanish, the name would be "Dry Stick beach" in English. I guess also it did not really surprise me that it wasn't that far away from Playa Isla Damas, which I had heard of a few years ago when I was in Quepos.
